As a consumer, usually I find online advertisements a nuisance. But, my passion is horses and when ever a new equestrian website or product comes up, I always look. Without online advertising I wouldn't know that these products exist. In that sense, I am very grateful!
For example, how would I ever know about pony beds? (Wish I had known about these as a kid!)

Pony Beds came up on Facebook as a business that I might like. Another product that was found on Facebook, are called Hoof Hi-Lites (pictured below.)

I actually bought the above product for my horse in Gold. This product helps moisturize his hooves, and is fun!
For me, online advertising is very useful to when they are advertising unique products. Most of these products I find on Facebook.

Interesting, these beds are called pony beds.So are they made with certain brand names associated with equestrians or just decorated to look like a riders bed.
ReplyDeleteThey are custom made beds for horse lovers. They are a new company and the beds are targeted for children, namely little girls.
DeleteI cannot lie, the Hoof Hi-Lites are pretty cool. And you mentioned that you purchased some for your horse in gold? So are they like getting your nails done or having a fresh pair of Jordans (but for horses, of course)?
ReplyDeleteI also agree with the fact that online advertisements are frustrating most of the time, but can be very beneficial at times as well. I have found a lot of interesting products that I never knew existed due to online advertisement and my taste for certain products. So it has it's positives and it's negatives (such as the ads that you CANNOT exit out), but every product isn't for everyone.
The Hoof Hi-Lights are more of a moisturizer with color, so you can put them on the horses hooves every day. I only have one color, but it would probably be a lot of fun to have one of each color to change it out.
DeleteWow, a pony bed? That's different. I wonder if a pony would actually lay on it, you think? It may actually be out of its comfort zone on that, but that's very interesting. Is the moisturizer for the pony's hooves like a nail polish? That's great especially since it's healthy for the animal. I think over time I have been able to block out the annoying advertising ads. The only ones that really bother me are pop-up advertisements and now they even have ones that talk in the background, which interrupts my music!
ReplyDeleteThe bed is for kids to sleep on, although, I bet some ponies would oblige their owners!
